My mom Gail was the most inspiring, motivating, and uplifting mother, who cared about her children more than herself. She was an amazing friend, coworker and health coach. She always saw the best in people and brought it out in them. She made friends with everyone she met from the gas pump attendant to the business owner. She was a connector of people and always figured out how she could help someone or connect them to someone or something that could. She made her decisions based on empathy and putting herself in someone else’s shoes. She passed away suddenly at 57 years old from a brain aneurysm in 2019 and I miss her everyday. Today she has been gone 1000 days.
Her advice to me: Failing to plan is planning to fail.
Always follow your passions in life (it’s never too late).
Do what makes you happy.
Nothing tastes better than your own food.
If you like it buy it in every color.
Let go and Let G-d.
I love you, Mom.
