My mom’s name is Oksana. She was born in Uzbekistan and moved to the US alone when she was 16. She learned English and married my dad during college at age 20. She has always valued hard work and etiquette, but over time she has become more spiritual and connected to the universe while trying to enforce the ideas of manifestation and positive attitude to her kids.
